Cast moulding plasters are particularly sought-after in the ceramics industry. The balanced mixing ratio between beta and alpha hemihydrate ensures high absorbency for the formation of fragments and ensures a long life of the moulds. Due to our variety of products, an optimised product is available for you depending on the ceramic mass and application you require.

The advantages of these products are their high wear-resistance and very good water permeability. Both guarantee excellent brick quality during the pressing process.
Alphapor 100/200/300
With the combination of extreme hardness and excellent porosity, ALPHAPOR 100, 200 and 300 can be used to produce moulds for the modern demands of roof tile production.

Durocast 10 is a moulding plaster for use in the medium-compression casting process for sanitary ceramics.
Our CKC mould releasing agent is a skin-friendly, pH-neutral emulsion made of pure vegetable oil and aqueous soap solution. It is ideal for models and furnishings made of plastics or synthetic resins or surface-treated plaster moulds. For furnishings with absorbent surfaces (untreated plaster models), we recommend our CKC-S special mould releasing agent.
