Due to its high mechanical strength, our alpha hemihydrate is used in a wide variety of industrial formulations. The high pressure used to produce alpha plaster converts it into compact gypsum crystals, which in turn ensures exceptional strength. This makes our alpha hemihydrates - whether made from FGD or natural gypsum - the perfect solution.
We manufacture our alpha gypsum to the highest quality standards in our own production facilities. To do this, we have both suspension and steam autoclaves.
An overview of our alpha hemihydrates
Alpha AGR 40
Alpha AGR 40 is a hemihydrate produced according to a special method on the basis of FGD gypsum. It is characterised by its particularly high purity and strength.
Spezial 40 / Spezial 40 W / Spezial TS
A high-quality alpha hemihydrate based on natural gypsum with a very fine grinding. Due to the fine grinding and its excellent strength, Spezial 40 is ideal as a base gypsum for use in high-quality building products.
Radditech 27
Radditech 27 is an alpha hemihydrate without any factory additives, which is mainly used in construction chemistry.

Raddichem 27
Raddichem 27 is an alpha hemihydrate without any factory additives based on FGD gypsum for use in formulations for floor compounds and construction chemistry. Raddichem 27 is produced in suspension autoclaves and is characterised by its particularly high purity and uniformity. Raddichem 27 is a gypsum binder type A1 according to DIN EN 13279 for direct use or further processing.
