Clay plaster or generally clay as a building material has proven itself for centuries and, due to its physical and ecological properties, is more in demand than ever today. Clay plaster has a moisture-regulating effect and can also store heat. This means it guarantees healthy indoor environments and a high degree of living comfort. In addition, the building material is extremely ecological when it comes to recycling. Clay plaster can be easily recycled as it does not set and can be brought back to its workable original state with water at any time.
Other clay plaster advantages
Perfect for underwall heating
Damaged areas can be repaired again and again
Can be stored indefinitely
Can be processed by hand or machine
As a classic ecological building material, clay plaster does not have to be burnt. It has an excellent CO2 balance due to this energy saving.
We mix our clay products at our Sulzheim site, using monitored raw materials. All our clay plasters are mineral products. All products are made solely on the basis of clay powder and selected sands. As a result, they do not contain any additives or hazardous substances and are pH-neutral, which also makes them the perfect building material in terms of problem-free processing.
When it comes to clay plasters, CASEA opens up the whole variety of possibilities - from fine to coarse clay plaster. In addition, coatings to match the building’s physics can be applied according to the client's wishes.
