The special formulation of our calcium sulphate self-levelling screeds (CAF) ensures excellent flow properties, which makes them particularly suitable for demanding areas of application. Even large and geometrically complicated surfaces can be produced quickly, easily and seamlessly. In addition to saving time during processing, our calcium sulphate self-levelling screeds also harden very quickly. On surfaces can be walked on the very next day in order to ventilate the room or carry out minor finishing work. Long delays in construction progress due to laying screed are now consigned to the past forever.
Calcium sulphate self-levelling screed is – as the name suggests – produced with binders and additives based on calcium sulphate. This results in the best processing and working properties.
No unevenness
The self-levelling screed does not need compacting, abrading or smoothing. Different layer thicknesses are also not a problem.
Low weight
As a lightweight screed, ideal for wooden beam ceilings or retrospective attic insulation in old buildings.
Perfect as a heated screed
Heated screeds based on calcium sulphate can be heated up after just one week. Cement screed take three times this long.
Material and money-saving
Calcium sulphate self-levelling screed from CASEA is dimensionally stable and resistant, which allows a minimum screed thickness.
Sustainability guaranteed
Nothing other than calcium sulphate – for example gravel or quartz sand – is added. This makes the screed perfectly recyclable.
Calcium sulphate self-levelling screed and underfloor heating – they go together. Due to its especially fine grain, the screed fills gaps perfectly
We offer our calcium sulphate self-levelling screed in a number of formulations – always tailored exactly to the field of use. During production, we use digital weighing techniques to ensure that all components are one hundred percent correct. Here is an overview of the individual products including specifications and safety data sheets.
